How does CareDirect work?
For patients: Download the app, enter your PIN code to find verified practitioners nearby, choose a convenient time slot, and a doctor or nurse visits your home. For practitioners: Register, get credential-verified, set your availability and service area, and start receiving appointment requests from patients in your locality.
How are practitioners verified?
Every doctor and nurse undergoes NMC/SMC credential verification and Aadhaar-based identity checks before they can accept appointments. This protects both patients and the reputation of verified practitioners on the platform.
Is my health data secure?
All personal and medical information is encrypted end-to-end. Only you and your treating practitioner can access your records. CareDirect is fully compliant with applicable Indian data protection regulations.
What areas does CareDirect serve?
We are currently launching in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, and expanding to more cities soon. Practitioners define their own service radius (up to 20 km) and patients are matched to nearby providers by PIN code.
How are consultation fees decided?
Each practitioner sets their own consultation fee. Patients see the full fee before booking — no hidden charges. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
